Oh my gosh, is it blooming already? Awesome! I tried doing sweet woodruff, but the heat and drought slaughtered it. I noticed after our second snow that my hydrangas were putting out green thingies, and was worried when the temps plummeted and there was a lot of ice coverage, and then we got this third snow and I'm not so sure the green survived. 29degrees one day, 50 the next five, then 26, then 45...is it any wonder they're confused!

My other recent surprise find was that my lilies and iris are already putting up their green leaves, which are poking thru the snow.

It gives me hope that spring is right around the corner!

Wander (Linda), nope they are nowhere near blooming. Jenny took this picture last April.

In order to match pictures to quotes, I've had to go back through a lot of her past pictures.

It does make me excited for spring, though in Colorado, it's a lot farther away than in Georgia. It sounds like your plants are experiencing what life is like here. Even with a lot of warmer days, ours know better than to peak their heads out. Yet.
