Kam

The only successful way to predict the future is to invent it.

-Alan Kay

Note- On Friday afternoon, Joey and I watched Who Killed the Electric Car? The majority of the movie was incredibly infuriating and made us just feel helpless. But this quote reminds me that there is hope. Yes, there will eventually be more electric cars on the road, even if we have to build them ourselves. I think Kam is up to the task.

Update- I just saw a commercial for the Nissan Leaf, which should have limited availability sometime this year and be mass produced by 2012. I guess Kam'll have to set his sites on something bigger and better.

It looks like he's concentrating so hard on the task at hand! What a cutie pie - sorry we don't get to see him growing up. I'll look forward to seeing what happens with those curls when he gets a little older, too!

I love this quote. It is so true that we have to take action to see what we want!!
Enjoy your sunday!

I love Kam's look of concentration and his colorful shirt *rocks*. I hold hope, too, that we can figure out how to keep improving upon our wasteful ways. :) Thanks for the Sunday smile.

Too bad all the cars that don't destroy the environment were designed for single people, or at least people with only one or two teeny kids...

Sara, I think this car fits the same number of people that our current car does (5). Though those backseats do look pretty tiny. If we ever bought one, it would mostly be used for commuting to work anyway.
