That is, until Jenny's SO mentioned that I was really growing myself quite the mullet.
Jenny can pull it off I think. Me? Not so much.
So we invited/begged for our cousin Lindsay to come over and cut our hair. She's currently taking classes at the local Aveda salon and was looking for hair to cut so it was a win-win situation.
She introduced us to razoring.
And this? It's called channeling. It is unpleasant as hell. But, the result looked fantastic on Aurora's thick, straight hair.
(It does look a bit like she's about to do brain surgery.)

We just got a flier from my son's kindergarten about a St. Baldrik's event they're looking for volunteers for around here.
In some ways I am very tempted to do it...because of you 3 ladies...however I also need to go to the office every day... not sure I could handle going through a year of explaining - well ya see it was like this...

Renee, people are SO nice to you when you do this. And working in an office, I bet you'd get a lot of donations because people would see you every single day. It was totally worth it.
