Great photo to match the quote! You guys look so happy with the moment, and you're lucky to have such an awesome sibling relationship.
It's so easy to get distracted by other things around you and not enjoy or be present with the one you're with. So many distractions...tv, computer, grocery lists in your head, how to pay the IRS... istead of listening with your whole head and heart. It's something I need to work on myself.
This is one of my favorite pictures, even with the double chin I'm sporting. Not a flattering angle, but it so captures what it's like when us siblings are together that it makes me smile every time I see it.
This quote is my favorite so far from this series of quotes you've been posting. They have all been good, but this has been my personal goal for this year. I need to be less distracted by my projects, to-do lists and emotional state of being.
Wendy, this picture is just beautiful! I've tried to respond to your comment on my blog, like, 5 times... and it won't post. Just wanted to let you know your "rant" was well received :)
I try a lot of things. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. Take knitting as an example. I always say that I like knitting, but honestly, I think I just like the *idea* of knitting.
About Wendy

Great quote; I needed to be reminded of that today :).
Love the picture!! I was drawn immediately to both of your laughing faces.
That is so sweet. If my kids grow up and still laugh like that with each other, I think it'll all be okay.
I'm coveting thy geographical closeness to your siblings. I miss my brother...
The picture is awesome and the quote too.
