Good grief, I didn't realize that you got that much snow! I think it's hysterical that they're coming into your fenced yard! I don't remember one ever doing that when we lived in Colorado, though they did when we lived in Eatonton and had the woods on three sides. Do you they come in in the summer when you've got veggies?
That's the stuff of my deer-hunting husband's dreams. I will definitely show him this. Looks like mule deer like we have here in southwest Colorado. If it's not classified info, where do you live?
So glad you decided to leave a message! Feel free to talk about yourself and don't worry if you tend to leave marathon comments. I don't mind. In fact, those are my favorite kind.
Finally, feel free to type your website address within your comment because one of these days I will be moving my blog and would like to retain links to all of you wonderful people (the blogger formatting of commenter links doesn't get transferred properly).
Pretty awesome. All we get are foxes and squirrels in our backyard. Lindsay wants me to befriend the fox and start feeding it. I don't think so.

ReplyDeleteSo far they've only come down during the winter. But if they start chomping my veggies, they're in trouble.
ReplyDeleteAnd you have to remember, we do live right up against the foothills, so it isn't too far for them to go.
Now that's a bakyard I could live with.
ReplyDeleteWendy,

We're at the base of the foothills, just West of Denver.
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful. All I get to see is a fence that keeps everything but the crows out. Being on base can stink sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI mis Green Mountain. :)
ReplyDeleteJoey did a great job of capturing this!
Whoops - should have proofread. I meant I really miss it. :) It's a great place to live.
ReplyDeleteHOLY!
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty cool. You don't even have to flick on the Discovery channel.
