Notice the cowboy boots (bottom left) and also the fact that she's reading underneath a mini-trampoline for some reason (top left). And even though you can't see the book in the top right picture, trust me, it's there.

Weird Kid Wednesday- Reading Habits of a Homeschooled Kid
It wasn't until recently that I've decided to start collecting these pictures.

Notice the cowboy boots (bottom left) and also the fact that she's reading underneath a mini-trampoline for some reason (top left). And even though you can't see the book in the top right picture, trust me, it's there.

So glad you decided to leave a message! Feel free to talk about yourself and don't worry if you tend to leave marathon comments. I don't mind. In fact, those are my favorite kind.
Finally, feel free to type your website address within your comment because one of these days I will be moving my blog and would like to retain links to all of you wonderful people (the blogger formatting of commenter links doesn't get transferred properly).
Cheers.
I have a picture of my daughter sitting in a cardboard box out in our driveway, book in hand :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection.
ReplyDeleteI can totally see sitting under the trampoline. Sometimes you need a little weight on top. I remember wanting people to sit on me, so I wouldn't feel like I was going to float away. Talk about needing to be grounded. ;)
delightful!
ReplyDeletei love homeschoolers too.
Hey! Looks like my homeschooled kidlets too! The trampoline picture is certainly an interesting spot. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection! Ones to remember.
ReplyDeleteI think I will have to start my own collection but I am unsure I will get any as odd as these....It really takes a new spin on reading for relaxation :)
What great photos--you'll really treasure them as she gets older. She reminds me of me at that age. I was always reading, anytime and anywhere. It was not safe to leave a book out unguarded in the house and assign household chores to me. The book called me, I sat and read, and the chores went undone. =)
ReplyDeletethat's hilarious :D
ReplyDeleteI remember finding odd places to read when I was her age.
ReplyDeleteAnd I ALWAYS had a book in my hands.
One of my favorites was crawling under my bed to the underside of the book-case headboard...
I could sit there and no one knew I was there!
Is that the Fairies of Nutforl Wood? We just finished reading that.
